Ενδροκρινολόγος, Διπλωματούχος των American Board of Internal Medicine και American Board of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism.

H Παρασκευή (Βούλα) Μεντζελοπούλου γεννήθηκε και μεγάλωσε στο Αίγιο. Αποφοίτησε από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτέλειου Πανεπιστήμιου Θεσσαλονίκης  (1992-1998).Έλαβε την ειδίκευση της στην Παθολογία στο Yale University Internal Medicine Program at Bridgeport Hospital το 2005. Συνέχισε την εκπαίδευσή της στο Washington University of St. Louis/ Barnes Jewish Hospital πάνω στην Ενδοκρινολογία, Διαβήτη και Μεταβολισμό (2005-2007). Εξειδικεύτηκε στον Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη στο μεγαλύτερο διαβητολογικό κέντρο στον κόσμο, το φημισμένο Joslin Diabetes center  του Harvard Medical School στην Βοστώνη. Εκεί εργάστηκε κυρίως σε κλινικά προγράμματα για την απώλεια βάρους σε ασθενείς με διαβήτη, ενώ υπήρξε και μέλος της ομάδας Κυήσεων Υψηλού Κινδύνου στο Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (2007-2009). Παράλληλα δίδαξε κλινική ενδοκρινολογία ως Λέκτορας της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Harvard (2007-2010). H κ. Μεντζελοπούλου είναι διπλωματούχος των American Board of Internal Medicine και American Board of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. Είναι η πρώτη Ενδοκρινολόγος – Health coach στην Ελλάδα. Διατηρεί το προσωπικό της ιατρείο και συνεργάζεται με ιδιωτικά νοσοκομεία.  Ασχολείται ιδιαίτερα με τη γυναικεία υγεία, την υπογονιμότητα, τις ενδοκρινολογικές παθήσεις στην κύηση, τον διαβήτη κύησης, τις διαταραχές μεταβολισμού και την παχυσαρκία.
